I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with children and their family system. I have passionate about helping military personnel and their loved ones, as I have personal experience in this area. I have worked with individuals struggling with a variety of addiction issues. My goal is to restore and strengthen one's current relationships. I help clients address their difficulties in order to improve their overall lifestyle.
I have experience working with military personnel and their families providing couples, family, and individual counseling. I have worked with families affected by the foster care system in Macon. I am trained in several trauma-informed therapy interventions such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.
I make it a priority to listen to my clients and create treatment goals in line within their values system. I not only work directly with clients, but I also assist loved ones with client's permission. I bring a holistic approach to the work I do as I understand that you are more than your struggles.
