My work stems from the intersection of person centered therapy, wellness-based modalities and cognitive behavioral therapy. Meaning that I work with individuals, to curate a meaningful and individualized experience to meet their unique needs.
I work with adult individuals and groups who are focused on improving their overall mental wellbeing and committed to their own healing. Many of my clients are young professionals, college students, creatives, healers and entrepreneurs.
