My specialty areas include grief & loss; bereavement from terminal illness as well as from sudden/unexpected causes; adjusting to culture/reverse culture shock; relationship struggles; work related stressors, rebuilding identity after a break-up or divorce; neurodivergence; victims of sexual abuse; & therapy for professionals experiencing vicarious trauma.
I've lived in the Far East, Middle East, & the UK for over a third of my adult life and have provided counseling to clients from 19 different countries - from varying ethnic, religious (as well as non-religious), & socio-economic backgrounds. This provides me a unique world perspective in which I can better seek to understand individuals from their context.
