In all seasons of life, we experience obstacles between where we are and where we'd like to be. These obstacles can often present themselves in the form of anxiety, depression, a lack of self-confidence, relational issues, or unresolved trauma/grief, etc. I work with individuals in a collaborative process to explore these obstacles, challenge old patterns and beliefs, and find new ways of thinking and living. It is my hope that therapy is a positive journey for every individual and that starts with finding the right therapist. My approach is very relational, interactive, and direct.
I enjoy working with individuals in all stages of life. My goal is that people would start developing habits and thought patterns that help establish positive identity, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships. I know the daily difficulties we face as humans and hope to provide alternative patterns and new perspectives on life.
I desire to give all people the confidence to be who they are while learning how to handle the world around them. Each is unique and will experience their world through their own lens of understanding; therefore, I tailor each relationship to the specific needs, goals, and history of each client.
