I have a wealth of experience in working with depression, anxiety and relationship issues, and a deeply compassionate approach to therapy. I offer a warm, nurturing, and healing environment for clients to explore their identities, relationships, and goals. My undergraduate degree is from Hope College and I graduated from Western Michigan University in 2007 with my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialty in addiction.
I believe the most vital part of therapy is development of a therapeutic relationship. Through this relationship, clients have the trust to work on themselves from an honest place within a gentle and safe environment. This environment requires liberation from judgment and critiques that clients often experience throughout their lifetime.
