We offer a FREE consultation for first time clients! We inspire each other to improve our health, relationships, and habits. Our group operates in a relaxed manner where participants are not required to talk and may observe. Experiencing anxiety and stress can make you feel like you're isolated, but interacting with others who know what it is like can help to make you feel less alone.
