In my 10 years within the mental health field, I have developed a holistic and person-centered therapy approach to facilitate growth & self-discovery to create balance and stability in your lifestyle, while exploring the foundation of unhealthy patterns from adverse life experiences.

This often includes adapting power and control dynamics within one’s lifestyle, fostering of self-awareness, development of interpersonal boundaries & honest, vulnerable dialogue while we take an introspective look with therapeutic purpose. My interests include working with clients within the age range of late adolescence (17+) through adulthood.
