I help high-performing women build the boundaries and self-advocacy their resilience doesn’t teach them. Using EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic work, and tapping, we address burnout, chronic stress, and health struggles like autoimmune disease or PCOS — while reclaiming space to be seen, not just relied on.
My approach blends nervous-system-informed counseling, lifestyle medicine, and nutrition with deep work on self-compassion and self-acceptance. I help women regulate their emotions rather than white-knuckle through them, extend to themselves the same compassion they give everyone else, and build the next chapter of their life with gentle self compassion.
