I work as a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Idaho State Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist (CMAT), and a Washington State Approved Supervisor who specializes in treating all types individuals and couples who struggle with relational issues, anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. I welcome people from all spiritual and non spiritual backgrounds to join me in discovering tools for positive change and growth.
If you struggle with sexuality, addiction, anxiety, or issues related to trauma, I understand the many, unique challenges you might face. In an environment of compassion and trust, we will work together through difficult emotions and memories, while learning skills for positive change and healing.

Men's Group
This is a group for men to grow and learn more about being truly intimate in a relationally vulnerable way with their significant other, children, other family members and friends. It is appropriate for men who might also struggle in their usage in alcohol, food (sugar), other substances, pornography/sexuality, or also those who don't struggle with addictive/compulsive tendencies.
