We all need someone, sometime. Being human is both/and. It is beautiful and good, & at times complicated, hard, and painful. Maybe life feels like too much or not enough. Maybe you’re feeling stuck in survival mode, disconnected from yourself and/or others, or struggling to feel anything other than anxious or depressed. Maybe your mind is full of painful thoughts & memories & your body feels heavy. Maybe you know that you need healing, you just don't know how or where to start. Founded by Dr. Bree Shelby, Integrative Psych Services is your place to heal.

Here, we are experienced and trained to integrate evidence based therapy interventions with somatic and experiential therapies, energy work, and other holistic/alternative methods for treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges from a holistic perspective. We know that there isn't just one way to heal.

We meet you where you are at and determine what YOU need to experience healing and growth. We believe that who you are in your wholeness is good and belongs, and we want you to believe that too. We show up as ourselves too, knowing that authentic connection is vital. We will walk with you as you choose to heal, create change, and reclaim yourself and hope.

Grief is not a problem to be solved or something that you need to “get over.” It is an experience of being human. Grief is real, raw, and heavy. Reaching in to touch sorrow is hard. We aren’t meant to do it alone. Finding the courage to share your grief with others is essential in healing the sorrow. Here, you can find a refuge for your grief, you can find your village. We want to support you in being with and moving through your grief with presence and connection.
