Integrative Psyche is a mental health clinic providing individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. We also conduct (neuro)psychological evaluations. Typical presenting problems include concerns about attention/ADHD, hyperactivity, trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, disruptive behavior, social interactions/Autism, life stress, and cognitive impairments among others. The mission of Integrative Psyche is to offer comprehensive services for unified client care. Our vision is to assist clients in reaching and maintaining self-integration within their daily lives.
We have a team of professionals specializing in mindfulness, relaxation, art, play therapy, Autism Treatment, and substance abuse counseling in addition to traditional talk therapy. We also have an Occupational Therapist to assist with evaluations and therapy specific to sensory issues, fine motor deficits (poor handwriting), and sensori-motor difficulties, among others.
We will be holding various groups in the coming weeks, so please inquire by contacting our office. Typical group topics include mindfulness/relaxation, attention, hyperactivity, social skills, anxiety reduction, sensory integration, self-compassion, sibling care, nutrition, and substance abuse. Integrative Psyche is an outpatient mental health clinic serving children, adolescents, and adults. We provide neuropsychological and psychological evaluations as well as individual, couples, family, and group therapy to address many different presenting issues. Typical presenting problems often include life stress/adjustment, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance abuse, Autism Spectrum, ADHD, medical issues, hoarding, dementia, brain injury, and others. We also offer unique therapies, such as occupational therapy, yoga, art, and play therapies. Yoga therapy is suited to fit each of our clients' physical needs, and incorporates mindfulness/relaxation to strengthen the mind-body connection.
