IMHS provides a holistic treatment approach for mental health wellness through individual counseling, massage, & yoga. We work with, depression, anxiety, trauma, suicide bereavement, suicidality, end-of-life issues, grief, PTSD, behavioral issues, LGBTQ+ issues, substance use, disordered eating, marriage & family challenges, sexual trauma, self-esteem, parenting, adjustment issues, life transitions, self-harm, school issues, and dissociative disorders. We are currently taking new clients of all ages.
We use an integrative approach to help individuals receive the support they need. In addition to specialized counselors, we offer massage, yoga, and several groups. We believe in surrounding individuals with resources to help them accomplish their individual goals and become the best version of themselves.

Suicide Bereavement or Post-attempt intervention
If you have lost someone to suicide, or have attempted or contemplated suicide we have a support group for you. Both the bereavement group and the post-intervention group are closed, private, 8-week groups that allow individuals to connect with others who have a similar experience. Please call the office for more information on both groups.
