As a trauma-focused therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals heal from deep-rooted wounds and emotional pain. I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of addressing trauma head-on, and I strive to offer a compassionate, healing space for those in need. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of having a safe, warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental space, where individuals can gain insight, feel empowered, and reclaim their sense of self.
My approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based modalities, including EMDR and parts work, as well as mindfulness and somatic techniques. I strive to create a safe space for clients to explore their past traumas, identify the ways in which they impact their present lives, and develop strategies to move forward.
My focus on compassion allows clients to honor their own unique journeys and the courage it takes to face their pain. In doing so, I believe healing is possible for each and every person, no matter how severe or long-lasting their trauma may be.
