After determining which memories to target, you hold aspects of that event, internal associations arise and you process the memory & disturbing feelings. The meaning of painful event(s) transforms on an emotional, cognitive & spiritual level. Crystal is also gifted in couples work (EFCT), helping you understand love systemically, emotions & attachment needs, control negative patterns & shape positive bonds.
