About

We are a group of clinicians with a wide variety of specialities including play therapy, EMDR, CBT, couples and family therapies. With over 30 years of experience our clinicians treat age groups starting at 2 years through adult.
Anxiety, depression, confusion and many other emotions can become overwhelming during times of change and transition and as a counselor we work with children, teens and adults to cope and change in the most appropriate way.
We want the experience of participating in counseling to be positive, rewarding and impactful so that changes can occur and the stigma of counseling can be overcome.

Those interested in this group will complete a short screener prior to membership and weekly participation, and should be engaged in ongoing outpatient mental health treatment.
