And to truly shift patterns of anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, burn out, codependency, relationships issues, stepping into your life purpose & feeling confident the body needs to be part of the process. That’s where real transformation begins.

I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches including Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work/IFS, & EMDR. I offer 1-hour sessions and 2-3 hour therapy intensives for focused deep inner work.

Online Breathwork Journeys Every 1st & 4th Monday

This group combines grounding techniques, mindfulness, community, connection, a preparation talk, a transformational breathwork journey, & an integration sharing circle. Transformational breathwork is a dynamic experience combining music, breath, exploration, & is a non-ordinary state of consciousness. My students and myself have utilized this practice and technique to gain more insight into themselves, cathartic release, connecting more somatically, cultivate more self-compassion, curiosity, love, & empowerment. Circles are offered the 1st & 4th Monday of The Month, single, drop in classes are $45, or subscribe to our monthly membership and receive 3 journeys a month for $45. Contact me for more details!

Yin Restorative Online Breathwork Journey

Every 3rd Monday of the month. In this Online Breathwork Journey format, we focus on mindfulness, somatic awareness, body relaxation, stillness, and slowness. The music & breath is relaxing and slow and compliments the yang of our "classic" active journeys and is great for those who are wanting to cultivate mindfulness & somatic awareness. Drop in classes are $45 or subscribe and receive this group and our 2 other "classic" active breathwork journeys a month for $45.
