Integrated Therapy Services (ITS) is dedicated to serving our community by supporting individuals, couples, and families through their lifelong journey of emotional growth and personal development. Our providers come together from the fields of Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, and Mental Health Counseling to provide the highest quality mental health services based in the most advanced research in a warm and inviting environment. We deliver innovative and personalized treatment with compassion and care. Telehealth or in-person appointments are available.
Our office strives to highlight our therapists' strengths, including emphasizing their chosen specialties. This includes our Bloom – Perinatal Wellness Program which addresses any stage of the reproductive journey, the Pride Program which provides support & tailored counseling for the LGBTQ+ community, and more.

Groups
Creative Expression Group
Art Therapy Group encourages participants to explore and express themselves through a variety of art modalities. When words are not enough, Art therapy allows self-expression, discovery, growth, and healing in a safe and non-judgmental space. This group is beneficial for emotional expression and exploration, self-esteem, stress management and relaxation. All art supplies are provided. All levels of artistic ability are welcome. Individuals between the ages of 13-18 are welcome to join. The group runs for 12 weeks, with the next module set for January 2025.
