Groups
Creative Expression Group
Art Therapy Group encourages participants to explore and express themselves through a variety of art modalities. When words are not enough, Art therapy allows self-expression, discovery, growth, and healing in a safe and non-judgmental space. This group is beneficial for emotional expression and exploration, self-esteem, stress management and relaxation. All art supplies are provided. All levels of artistic ability are welcome. Individuals between the ages of 13-18 are welcome to join. The group runs for 12 weeks, with the next module set for January 2025.
