From isolation and abandonment to now having to be social again We know that anxiety and stress can be scary and stressful and so Ga ITP want you to have a support system during these times of mandatory isolation. We use HIPPA compliant platforms to provide secure confidential video and message sessions. We use Solution-Focused Therapy to achieve goals and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to resolve conflicts that hold you back from your potential.
Juggling work, family, and other responsibilities make it hard to attend to mental health which is where the care you give begins... in your head. So, we can offer services outside of traditional "9-5". Few evening slots are available. If travel is a problem long term, We may offer video counseling by Hipaa compliant platform after a confidential screening.
We believe in autonomy; That's one's ability to know what's good for them. From time to time we all need a 'hype man' to help us see the likelihood of good things to come..(with a lil tweaking). We are female empowering, disability advocating and lgbtq inclusive. We provide an affirming space to help you narrate a new empowering ending to that story of hurt.
