Behavior change is applicable to everyone, not just those with psychological distress. I specialize in behavior change and communication. I offer direct, compassionate feedback, problem solving, and a fair evaluation of the circumstances.
In addition to general therapeutic training, I offer Applied Behavior Analysis, a specific treatment for individuals on the autism spectrum. I have specialty training in chronic pain management and as a certified personal trainer, I work with medical doctors and their patients to improve general health.
Factors unique to my practice include testing for attention deficit and autism disorders, group therapy for chronic pain, lifestyle change (weight loss, medication management, illness, etc.), and strategies for improving communication.
