Finding Hope Beyond Depression
Members will learn how to identify and challenge negative thoughts and depressed moods in order to minimize the harmful effects. Through discussions, members will develop personalized plans to ensure the success of these coping tools even after the group series is completed.

Chronic Illness Support Group
This monthly support group will educate and provide resources to patients diagnosed with chronic medical conditions. Dr. Brelonda Walker will provide a wealth of knowledge to assist patients in their efforts to adjust their lifestyles and function more effectively on a daily basis. Group members will increase compliance with recommended treatment plans from their physicians and improve their overall well-being. Dr. Walker has over 22 years of experience in research and implementing behavioral interventions with patients suffering from conditions such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Lyme's Disease, Lupus, Diabetes, Chronic Pain and several other illnesses.
