My name is Meredith Rose and I work primarily as an IFS-informed therapist, which means that I see ourselves as interconnected systems of parts that we can get to know and work with, as well as a core Self that leads and heals us. I specialize in sexual health and work with clients on anything related to their sexuality from exploration to trauma.
