We are all dealing with so many changes in our lives, it can become overwhelming without someone who can be non-judgmental, unbiased, and able to provide unconditional acceptance to help navigate those changes. Our practice specializes in children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples!
If you or your child (12yo+) struggles with issues like: stress, peer relationships and communication, family conflict, negative body image, self-harm behaviors (cutting, substance use, suicidal ideation), academic challenges, and/or identity exploration (LGBTQIA spectrum), we can help you explore those concerns and make healthy changes to get on track.
For many people, the space to discuss struggles openly can be quite limited. We can provide that space.
