The best investment one can make is in themselves. I strive to provide a safe place to facilitate optimal growth in all areas which will include healing and resolution of past traumas.
I provide psychotherapy for all ages in both English and Spanish utlizing a holistic approach of evidence based treatment modalities to address issues including depression, anxiety, boundaries, relationship issues, conflict resolution, self-harming behaviors, identity issues and much more.
Life is about the choices we make however sometimes we are not aware of of the choices available to us. In our sesisons I will work with you to creatively explore and set viable, realistic options that will work for you and help you create the life that you deserve.
