Integrated Care Concepts and Consultation is a dynamic behavioral health practice that uses innovative treatment concepts to provide integrated care solutions for individuals, families, professionals, agencies, and communities. Integrated Care Concepts and Consultation embraces the total body healing modalities found in both Western and Eastern philosophies. Our team of therapists are trained, certified and experienced in the most sensitive fields of care that affect us as individuals, couples, families, children, teenagers and adults.

We believe that healing oneself is a partnership with not only one's mind through traditional psychotherapy, but also with one's body. We utilize and offer traditional psychotherapy and psychiatry, DBT, Mindfulness, Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork & Aromatherapy.
Our practice offers clients integrated healing with Certified Yoga Therapy (through the IAYT certifying body) that incorporates body based healing using yoga therapy and meditation and energy work using tapping and reiki.

Dialectic Behavior Therapy Skills Group for Women
The Enhanced DBT program at Integrated AfterCare is designed to honor the totality of the survivor - not just her pain, but also her joy, wisdom, and strength. We encourage our clients to accept themselves as they are even as we help them develop the capacity for post-traumatic growth. The program is founded on compassionate, evidence-based care, combining traditional DBT techniques with clinical yoga and meditation practices. We work with women and female adolescents who are struggling to feel mindful and embodied, who hope to reconnect with a sense of wholeness, of meaning, of possibility.

IOP Integrated Adolescent Program and PHP
Designed to bring adolescence into understanding, this program supports teens (high school students, fourteen through eighteen) as well as their families using an innovative approach to care. Trauma, depression, anxiety, academic and relationship issues, and a plethora of other challenges can arise in the teen years and each new challenge is shaped by the unique circumstances of the adolescent’s development. That’s why the level of care provided to each client in our Intensive Out-Patient or Partial Hospitalization Program is tailored to the needs of that teen and their family.
