In addition to providing pre-marital, marital, and sexual intimacy therapy for individuals and couples, I offer therapy for clients transitioning through an educational, career or life change, and for those who have experienced a traumatic event, or grief from a breakup, loss, or death. Whether it is a spouse, partner, child, parent, sibling, friend, or coworker, let me help you get on the path to find purpose in their life, improve your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and joy in your relationships.
I educate clients on how adversity affects their relationships and that active listening, assertive communication, and authentic vulnerability helps them to be present, seen, understood, and closer to others.
