Integral Life is the practice of Nancy Maguire, I am a psychologist. Overwhelming experiences can leave us feeling anxious, doubtful and depressed. This may be right after the experience or some time later. I provide a safe, supportive relationship in order to help resolve those difficult feelings, but also to find a deeper understanding of the impact trauma had on you and your path to healing and thriving.
I enjoy building a positive working relationship, where therapy is a place to explore. I understand people from a developmental lens, and see therapy as a place to grow. Growth can be deeper relationships, meaningful work, really whatever you decide. EMDR and IFS are tools I utilize for many aspect of therapy, including trauma.
