The Institute for Learning and Development (ILD) provides neuropsychological evaluations to individuals throughout the lifespan, while specializing in assessment of children, adolescents, and college students. Our dedicated staff consists of psychologists and educators who are committed to both clinical work and research related to learning differences. In our evaluations, we use a process approach that highlights individual strengths, and we provide extensive recommendations that emphasize evidence based strategy instruction. We are available for school meetings to discuss evaluation results.

We specialize in the evaluation of learning disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), developmental disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. We are also skilled in assessing various social emotional issues, such as anxiety and depression.

Our professional staff provides additional services, such as educational therapy, speech language therapy, parent training, and summer courses for students, which focus on the development of study skills and an overall understanding of one's learning profile through use of our executive function curriculum (SMARTS).
