It is hard to ask for help from someone else, it takes courage and strength to acknowledge that one needs help from another. Our job isn't to judge, it is to help walk with you through the ups and the downs of life. We all need help sometimes, call today and start the road to healing.
We utilize DBT, CBT and Brief solution focused therapy in collaboration with my patients with great results! Most people want/ need to be heard and feel like they are understood. There is a solution. Everyone needs to know they aren't alone. We are just a vessel/tool to help heal those that are hurting. No one gets better without hope!
Shari (owner) graduated from Ashland Seminary with a degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling in 2008. I believe a holistic approach to counseling works wonders.
