Inspired Resolutions supports families navigating the challenges of raising teens. Our experienced therapists offer individual (child, teen & adult), family, and couples therapy, along with specialized support groups for parents and teens (free and paid). A FREE group for parents who are struggling with their teen or twenty-something year old. If your child struggles with behavior issues, mental illness, motivation problems, or relationship problems, our group is part psycho-education, part support group to walk alongside you. This group has been running for about 17 years and has helped thousands of families find peace, establish healthy parenting boundaries, and reconnect with their children. Every week on zoom!
