They balance being the professional in the room who has studied all the things behavior and psych related while also being humans who like to laugh, cry, and dig deep to help the other person in the room get to a new place in their life.
All the therapists have EMDRIA approved training in providing EMDR, but then there are various specialties among them. Many of us have a passion for helping teens and adults with recent diagnoses of ADHD or other neuro-spicy thinking processes. We aren't experts in the field, but because we're passionate we get additional training whenever we can find it.
