I offer both Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling with focus on Trauma and LGBT. Utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI) treatment modalities, Play therapy Informed, Military training, along with techniques in Alderian and Eclectic Counseling.
I utilize an empathetic and professional tone, taking care of my clients needs at hand, with absence of judgement. I will work with you towards your goals.
