Our mission is to provide compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based mental health counseling and therapy services to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges, foster resilience, and achieve emotional well-being.
For medication management, our therapeutic process is guided by encouraging self-empowerment and autonomy; while providing patient education to assist in informed decision making. We strive to provide a holistic approach to medication management, taking into consideration the diverse elements of our clients lives that are barriers and strengths to improving their mental health.
We provide therapy and medication management for a variety of personal needs, with special emphasis in treating anxiety, depression, grief, and anger. We also work with individuals diagnosed with Bi-Polar disorder and Schizophrenia. Our focus is on you: helping you feel safe and supported to be yourself, to heal yourself, and to feel better.
