Inspire Counseling & Wellness is a collaborative counseling practice dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges with support and compassion. Our team offers therapy for anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, stress, and personal growth through both in-person and telehealth services across Michigan. We are committed to creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered to heal.
Our Team
As Executive Director of Inspire Counseling & Wellness, my role is to ensure that every client who walks through our doors receives compassionate, high-quality care from a team of well-supported, highly trained clinicians. While I do not currently see clients myself, I work behind the scenes to guide and mentor our team of therapist, ensuring they are equipped to meet the diverse needs of the individuals and families we serve.

My passion is helping others through tailored interventions designed to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. I aspire to create a safe and supportive environment with warmth and empathy, where it is comfortable for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I have worked with clients previously who were experiencing life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and gender identity and expression challenges. I value providing compassionate, understanding, and culturally sensitive care to individuals from all walks of life. I am deeply committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges!

I work with women navigating pregnancy or postpartum changes, grief from miscarriage or infant loss, anxiety, depression, body image concerns, relationship stress, or past trauma. I also work with adolescents experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, family changes such as divorce, trauma, grief, or school-related stress. Many clients are seeking relief, understanding, and a safe space to feel heard, regain balance, and begin healing at their own pace.

The transition from high school to college and early adulthood can be exciting-but it can also feel overwhelming. Many students experience anxiety, academic pressure, relationship changes, and uncertainty about the future during this stage of life.
Through secure telehealth counseling, students can attend sessions from their dorm, apartment, or home. My goal is to make counseling accessible and comfortable for students balancing classes, social pressures, and major life transitions.

For athletes, former athletes, or teens navigating competitive sports, I understand the pressures to perform, the difficulty of transitioning out of sport, and the way self-worth can become tied to results. You don’t have to be an athlete to work with me; I support anyone who is trying to make sense of their struggles and build a life that feels more manageable and more like their own.

It is my sincere desire to create a safe space where you are genuinely accepted. A space where you can explore what you would like to change and discover new possibilities.

I provide support for those coping with childhood abuse, trauma, PTSD, codependency, mood disorders, personality disorders, neurodivergence, and grief and loss. I am also passionate about working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
