We are a highly trained team of talented and compassionate therapists working together to bring the latest treatment and technology to individuals, couples and families dealing with the impact and wreckage of betrayal, sex and pornography addiction, and unresolved emotional trauma.
All of our therapists have specialty training and certifications. We have therapists specializing in sex addiction therapy, betrayal trauma therapy, couples therapy, children/teens, group therapy, and intensives. Your Insights therapist will be trained in either EMDR or Brainspotting or both so that you can do any trauma work with your primary therapist.

Betrayed Partners | TEC Truth Empathy Connection
We have groups for betrayed spouses that run for 12 sessions at a time. Groups begin regularly throughout the year. This is an opportunity for betrayed spouses to connect with others, see they are not alone and find hope, healing, and their voice in a safe and therapeutic environment.

Sex Addiction | FTS Facing The Shadow
This group is for female sex and love addicts. "For all addicts, a moment comes when they realize they have a problem. There is sudden clarity—the insight that life has become unmanageable. That moment, however, is fragile. It is easily lost to craving and denial." This therapeutic group will work the series of reflections and exercises that pierce denial and light the path to healing from sex addiction.
