We are a group of licensed, experienced therapists providing quality services in South County St. Louis MO, and in the Metro East in Collinsville, IL. We offer therapy services for a variety of issues for children, teens, adults, and families. We also offer a weekly Art Therapy group for people dealing with anxiety.

Ever feel like you are struggling alone with anxiety? Attend a helpful, inspired group to learn how to use your creativity to express your feelings and learn ways to let go of your anxiety. You do not need to be an artist; everyone has creativity in them, it is just a matter of unlocking it! Art therapy is a way to calm the nervous system and bring more creativity into your your life.
