At Insight Therapy Group, we help professionals, couples, parents, teens, and children navigate anxiety, relationship strain, life transitions, and the pressures of everyday life. Our therapists offer a warm, practical, and personalized approach that blends insight with real tools for change. Located in Sandy Springs, our private-pay model allows treatment to be guided by your needs and goals—not by insurance-driven limits, required diagnoses, or predetermined treatment constraints.
Our Team
As a psychotherapist with 20 years in practice, I work with high-performing professionals, driven men, people dealing with anxiety, and couples who feel disconnected. Most have been carrying a lot for a long time and trying to handle it on their own. Therapy gives us a place to slow things down, get clear about what’s not working, and figure out what needs to change. Together, we use insight and practical tools to help you get unstuck and move forward with more confidence.

Kristin Coggin is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. She received her B.S degree in Psychology from Columbus State University and a Master's Degree in Community Counseling from The University of Georgia. Kristin has experience working with adults, adolescents and children in both individual and group settings. She also has experience in family counseling and crisis intervention. Her experiences include working with clients of all ages in areas including mood/anxiety disorders, anger management, relationship issues and ADHD. Kristin also utilizes Canine Assisted Therapy in her sessions with her Therapy Dog, Tripp.
