Welcome to Insight Counseling, a mental and emotional health private practice providing holistic healing and effective therapeutic treatments for people in Duluth, Twin Cities, Virginia, and surrounding areas. Always putting the client's well-being first, our therapists are trained in current modalities of integrative psychotherapy, always evaluating and consulting to ensure the most successful client outcomes. We are knowledgeable, professional practitioners who hold integrity of care to the highest standards.
We offer individual and couple therapy with effective and evidence-based modalities such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, TF-CBT, RCT, DBT, grief and loss therapy, Gottman Method, clinical hypnosis, and more. We support children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. We also have group and retreat offerings.
We opened Insight to provide the space and experience we would want to go to for healing, growth, and enhanced health; a place where all are welcome and where staff and therapists are committed to your well-being and success. We truly care about you and the health of our communities.
