You don't have to figure this out alone. We work with adults, teens, and couples across California. We offer affirming, specialized care for men and LGBTQ+ clients. Many come to us navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and strained relationships. Our team offers trauma-informed online therapy and treats you as a whole person, not a set of symptoms. We listen closely, speak honestly, and stay invested in your growth.
