We specialize in working to alleviate the sense of feeling never good enough, shame spirals, crushing fear, and loneliness. We use IFS and EMDR to heal the past so you can live a more vibrant life. Insight is offering a monthly New Moon Meditation group. In this monthly New Moon Meditation group, we will gather to meditate, reflect, connect, and set intentions for the upcoming month. The new moon marks the beginning of the lunar cycle, an opportunity for a fresh start, and a time for setting intentions for personal growth and development. ?Together in community, we will align with Nature’s rhythms, and relax into guided meditation.
