Insight and Empowerment, LLC was established August 13, 2018, and grew to become an agency passionate about providing compassionate trauma-informed care. We provide individualized counseling services to the Idaho Falls and surrounding area, in person and telehealth. Our clinicians provide mental health services for adults, teens, and children. Our agency also provides supportive services; Youth Supports, Community Based Rehabilitative Services, Therapeutic Behavioral Services and Case Management Services. We have multiple providers to meet your needs. Our mission is to provide that safe supportive space where healing begins.
Our treatment approaches are integrative and holistic, blending strength-based and solution-focused methods with traditional CBT and DBT techniques. Furthermore, our clinicians have specialized training in advanced trauma therapies, Prolonged Exposure, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

Our compassionate and professional facilitator, Brooke Erickson, LMSW will be facilitating this adult DBT group, utilizing our user-friendly remote platform accessible, from the comfort of your home. Women's Self Compassion Group
This 8-week self-compassion group, facilitated by Kimberly Porter, LCSW, offers a supportive confidential space for women to build kindness toward themselves, increase emotional awareness, and practice healthier inner dialogue. This group is open to women with a variety of presenting concerns and is designed to complement ongoing individual therapy. The group will focus on developing self-compassion and self-acceptance, reduce shame and self-judgement, build connection and support with other women, learn practical tolls you can apply in daily life.
