About
Welcome, bienvenidos! Inside out counseling provides short term and long term psychotherapy services to individuals, couples and families. Long term services and booster sessions are specially beneficial for clients who need a little extra support from time to time in navigating family-work life balance and relationships. Currently treating issues of self care & self-esteem struggles, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, marital and relationship struggles, single and in the dating scene, identity struggles, raising children and teens, grief, adjustment disorders, as well as stress from managing food allergies and food sensitivities.
A strong emphasis is looked at early infancy and attachment with caregivers as well as any stressors or trauma that may have impacted the development of the self. We will explore & gain insight about the success or struggles in relationship to self and others, the way one manages stress, and ways we can help you start healing & feeling better about yourself.
We offer EMDR Therapy, an evidence-based treatment for PTSD. EMDR is a neurobiological approach that targets difficult memories that get stuck in the brain, affecting ones ability to live a peaceful life.
