I’m so glad you’re here—¡bienvenidos! I offer in-person therapy in Tustin & virtual sessions throughout California for individuals navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I also work with couples and families, including parent-child relationship dynamics, attachment, and marital concerns. I’m honored to work with people from a variety of backgrounds, including professionals such as doctors, nurses, first responders, therapists, educators, and others managing demanding personal or professional responsibilities. My approach incorporates evidence-based and holistic therapeutic methods, tailored to each client.
As an EMDR Certified Therapist and EMDR Consultant, I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, stress, and difficult life events that may continue to affect emotional well-being and daily life. Therapy can provide a supportive space to learn, explore and process difficult experiences and work through emotional distress.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapeutic approach that may be used when individuals are experiencing distress related to trauma, acute stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or other difficult life experiences. Treatment is individualized, and the therapeutic process may vary based on each person's circumstances, needs and goals.
