Here you will find a safe space where you can be yourself, judgement free, and process what it is that might be a barrier in your life. My passion in life is helping others find and live to their fullest potential. To find their true self within and find happiness, by processing emotions, past trauma/present trauma, depression, anxiety, managing ADHD, children with autism, or managing life transitions.

I work collaboratively with individuals, and families to help them achieve their goals. Generally, I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals and families gain insight of the correlation between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we can work on healthier thinking patterns, and more.
