InnerWisdom is one of the few Community Mental Health Center in Texas that offers Partial Hospital Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP), Telehealth, Medication Management, and Individual Therapy. We have a team of dedicated counselors, psychiatrist, psychologist, Nurses, and practitioners who work together to create a road map to recovery beyond the traditional inpatient/outpatient program. We offer a variety of programs that include telehealth, telemedicine, and individual therapy for adults and elders; addictions counseling; Psychological and Psychiatric assessment and evaluation; day treatment programs, including distinguished elders day program, depression, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, and stress-related disorders (PTSD).
