We offer somatic psychotherapy for reconnecting our minds, to our bodies, engaging our hearts on the journey of healing. We are skilled in trauma therapies including EMDR and brain spotting, TFCBT, and Somatic experiencing. We use gestalt, equine therapy , mindfulness and art for bringing in the creative flow. We are holistically minded and integrative.
