I understand that opening up takes time, and I'm here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can move at your own pace. My approach is intentionally organic and deeply client-centered. I meet you where you are and trust that healing unfolds best when guided by your needs, insights, and readiness rather than a rigid plan. Together, we'll explore what's present in your life, build self-awareness, and strengthen emotional balance while honoring your unique story and inner wisdom.

I draw from a blend of approaches to help you reconnect with your authentic self and build lasting resilience. I'm also pursuing a Sex Therapy Certification to support clients exploring intimacy, desire, and connection with openness and compassion, creating space to discuss these topics with curiosity, care, and respect.

My goal is not to tell you who to be, but to help you build the capacity to live as your most authentic self aligned with your values, connected to your emotions, and grounded in compassion for your story. Therapy with me isn't about perfection or performance. It's about showing up as you are: complex, curious, real, and learning that this, too, is enough.
