Our ideal clients are women,particularly Black women and women of color who are used to being strong for everyone else but are now feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and disconnected from themselves. Many are navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or unresolved trauma while trying to maintain a sense of control in their daily lives.
They often come to our practice feeling stuck in survival mode—struggling to rest, set boundaries, or prioritize their own needs without guilt. While they may appear high-functioning on the outside, internally they are seeking relief, clarity, and a more sustainable way of living.
We specialize in trauma informed, culturally responsive care for stress, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. Through individual therapy, we help clients process experiences, build coping skills, set boundaries, and develop healthier patterns so they can move forward with clarity, balance, and confidence.
