Helping you to thrive one session at a time in a safe, non-judgmental setting is my goal. I have evening appointment times available. I consider it a privilege to help people help themselves. My skills also include working with individuals who have challenges with adjustment disorders, stress management, medical changes that impact life. I will treat you like the individual that you are, a unique person with specific needs.
I have experience with individuals, marriage, family and groups. I work with those ages 16 and up. I have worked in inpatient psychiatric care settings, and geropsychiatriac care settings. Challenges with mental health follow us through the spectrum of life. Low self-esteem is often a symptom of past or current abuse.
