Hello, I'm Shera and I specialize in working with adults who may have experienced trauma or other adverse life events who struggle with not knowing who they are or what they want out of life. Many times PTSD, stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues get in the way of living life on your terms. Many people struggle with advocating for themselves or living a balanced life.
I use strengths-based and culturally-sensitive therapies that take into consideration that you may have experienced trauma at some point in your life and need an understanding and compassionate approach. I will listen closely and not judge when you are struggling and I will help you find your inner self.
