We all have the strength within to heal with help. Starting therapy can be a scary process and you have taken the first and often hardest step. We can work together towards finding the best you. My approach is goal-oriented and focuses on how we can get you feeling better now. I utilize trauma and somatic therapeutic techniques including Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma focused CBT, DBT and EMDR. I will help you identify the areas you want to work on and we will make a plan together to make this happen.
I see adolescents 13+ and adults. I specialize in complex trauma, PTSD, c-PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, family concerns, parenting issues, medical trauma, eating disorders, body image, grief/bereavement, addictions, and work-related stress.
I have 15 years of therapy experience. My approach examines connections between mind and body and together we will explore how past and present trauma has impacted how you feel today. I utilize mindfulness and internal systems and will help you identify coping skills to be your best self.
